NJDEP Bulletin on Pesticide Licenses Arriving Late Due to COVID: RE-ISSUED with CORRECTION

November 19, 2020 by Pat Hastings

If you have previously received an email from the NJDEP or others regarding the issuance of paper licenses, please note that the first announcement has been recalled and reissued with a change as noted. This is a courtesy copy of an email bulletin sent by Art Cencetti sent to those on record with email addresses with NJDEP associated with a pesticide license. This bulletin was sent to the following groups of people: Subscribers of CE – All PAS email addresses (9957 recipients)

Pesticide Licenses Arriving Late Due to COVID – RE-ISSUED with CORRECTION – see corrected email below for Latangerla.Hunter@dep.nj.gov  NOT Lantangerla.Hunter @dep.nj.gov

Please be advised that approximately 8,000 pesticide licenses that were paid for between October 10th and November 10th 2020 are being processed this week. Please expect to receive these licenses in the next six to eight weeks. There continue to be delays in the printing, mailing and ultimate receipt of many pesticide licenses due to COVID-related restrictions and limitations. We appreciate your patience during the ongoing public health emergency.

Until such time that your paper license is received, you may access and print the status of your payment and license. This printed information will be honored by enforcement inspectors.

To find and print your license status use Online Reports and select one of the following reports as appropriate from the alphabetical list of reports. There are two reports for each to be searched by either name or license number:

Applicator Business…
Certified Pesticide Dealers…
Commercial Certified Pesticide Applicators…
Commercial Pesticide Operators…
Pesticide Dealer Information…
Private Certified Pesticide Applicators…

Should you still need to pay for a license, find reports in the list for:

Look Up Your License Invoice Number – Businesses
Look Up Your License Invoice Number – Individuals

With an invoice number you can Pay For Your License Online

If you do not receive your license by January 1, 2021 please email Latangerla Hunter at latangerla.hunter@dep.nj.gov to request a duplicate print of the license. When emailing Mrs. Hunter please include the following information:

1. License number
2. Correct Home mailing address for individual licenses
3. Correct Business mailing address for Businesses
4. Request for reprint of license that was paid for but not received

For updated licensing alerts and additional information please visit https://www.nj.gov/dep/enforcement/pcp/bpo.htm
